Send a care request

How to send a request#

1. Open a midwife’s profile.
2. Select the services you need.
3. Write a short personal message.
4. Submit the request.

Sent requests#

Under Search → Sent requests you can see the status:

• Requested – the midwife has not replied yet
• Offered – the midwife accepted; you can choose her
• Matched – care is active
• Declined / Completed – no active care

Withdraw a request#

As long as there is no match yet, you can usually withdraw a request.
