Send a care request
How to send a request
- Open a midwife’s profile.
- Select the services you need.
- Write a short personal message.
- Submit the request.
Sent requests
Under Search → Sent requests you can see the status:
- Requested – the midwife has not replied yet
- Offered – the midwife accepted; you can choose her
- Matched – care is active
- Declined / Completed – no active care
Withdraw a request
As long as there is no match yet, you can usually withdraw a request.
