Can I request several midwives?

Yes. You can send multiple requests and decide on an offer later.

What happens to Search after matching?

The Search tab is replaced by My midwife. Active care then takes centre stage.

How do I connect without Search?

With an invite code under Settings → My midwife – if your midwife invited you.

Can I end care?

Yes, under Settings → My midwife. Past care relationships remain visible there.

Is Alma AI free?

Alma AI is generally available. Some library content and extras may be part of Alma Premium.

What’s the difference between Consultation and My midwife?

My midwife is your dedicated care person. Consultation is office hours with the midwife team.

Can I invite my partner?

Yes, under Settings → Partner. You’ll find invite, linking, and shared features such as the Name Game.

Are my data shared with the midwife?

Care-relevant content (e.g. chat, documents, anamnesis, appointments) is part of shared care. Details and rights are in the privacy center.

What if I have technical issues?

Open Settings → Help & support in the app or use this help center. Include device, app version, and the exact step if possible.
